Enterprise Account Executive - Construction

Own and grow a portfolio of data centre accounts, winning new business and expanding existing customers against revenue targets.
Lead sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through solution alignment, commercial negotiation, and close.
Build relationships with stakeholders from site teams through to the C-suite.
Develop business cases that demonstrate ROI, risk reduction, and operational impact.
Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Project Delivery to support delivery and handover after close.
Build pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts and Salesforce records, and support RFPs and formal bids.

The platform converts Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other project data into an XYZ format. Their comprehensive XYZ Platform integrates Project Controls, Progress Tracking, and AR for streamlined management. Engineers solve complex problems by ensuring millimeter accuracy in real-world construction environments. You will also use tools like Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration for planning. Data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel drive real-time insights.
