Requirements:
- 12+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent understanding of construction and scheduling best practices.
- Highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Experience developing various types of reports for different audiences.
- Experience in client-facing positions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong client relationships and communicate effectively with technical and management personnel.
- Prepare and present PowerPoint decks to management regarding progress and recommendations.
- Review project plans and specifications.
- Work with clients and contractors to establish project work structures and schedules.
- Perform resource analyses to identify bottlenecks.
- Update and maintain scheduling and reporting.
- Coordinate reviews of schedules with contractors and vendors.
- Develop and implement an earned value system for performance measurement.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary communication link between the company and clients.
