Requirements
- Proven experience working with DTC e-commerce brands.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel acquisition (Paid Search, Paid Social, Email).
- Experience managing remote teams and digital marketing projects.
- Strong grasp of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Experience using project management software (Monday, Trello, or Clickup).
- Ability to self-manage and set priorities.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies.
- Design and optimize the full marketing funnel from awareness to retention.
- Manage, mentor, and collaborate with a remote team and external stakeholders.
- Lead marketing initiatives from planning to execution with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including ROAS, CAC, and CLTV.
- Forecast and report weekly/monthly financial results.
- Stay current with platform updates and industry trends.
