Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC.
  • Experience in Shopify.
  • Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people.
  • Experience working with US market.
  • Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.
  • Collaborate with our content team to develop hooks, creatives, and messaging.
  • Drive improvements across funnels, from awareness to retention.
  • Plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize efficiency.
  • Work with operations, product development, and leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
