Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC.
- Experience in Shopify.
- Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people.
- Experience working with US market.
- Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.
- Collaborate with our content team to develop hooks, creatives, and messaging.
- Drive improvements across funnels, from awareness to retention.
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize efficiency.
- Work with operations, product development, and leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
