Requirements
- 6+ Years of experience in Lifecycle/Re-Engagement, Growth Product, or CRM.
- Experience in B2C Tech, FinTech, Insurtech, or Marketplace companies.
- Multi-channel proficiency (email, SMS, voice, push, in-app).
- Ability to build landing pages and lightweight web experiences.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable).
- Proficiency in SQL for data pulling and performance analysis.
- Strong copywriting skills for high-consideration products.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers on shared goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the Annuities Re-Engagement Roadmap.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to re-engage post-lead, post-contact prospects.
- Build interventions including email, SMS, and self-serve tools to relieve agent load.
- Manage lifecycle automation using CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.
- Run high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation.
- Work with the Data team on dynamic user segmentation and performance analysis.
