Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of product management or engineering experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, databases, or data protection.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including identity, networking, and encryption.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern database platform (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB).
- Working knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock).
- Ability to engage engineering teams at an architectural level and write clear requirements.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and multi-release roadmap for cloud AI, vector, and NoSQL database protection.
- Identify opportunities driven by GenAI/ML and modern cloud architectures.
- Translate customer needs and field feedback into PRDs and user stories.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture and design decisions.
- Define requirements for cloud-native protection and recovery.
- Partner with enterprise customers and design partners.
- Drive GTM efforts and support sales with product messaging and playbooks.
