Requirements

- Experience operating marketing platforms such as HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and analytics systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and run growth experiments across channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and pipeline impact.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams.
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate systems driving awareness and engagement across email, website, and paid media.
- Develop a measurable growth model connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Manage email programs including newsletters, product announcements, and lifecycle nurturing.
- Segment audiences across operators, clinical leaders, and prospects.
- Own website performance and conversion rate optimization.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and industry publications.
- Maintain marketing infrastructure including CRM connectivity and data attribution.
- Create performance dashboards and reporting.
- Translate campaign strategy into multi-channel distribution plans.
