Requirements

  • 6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP (Twilio Segment preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Customer.io.
  • Ability to design/execute segmentation strategies using behavioral/transactional data.
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and privacy regulations.
  • Experience working with data engineering and product teams.
  • Experience with direct mail or omnichannel orchestration.
  • Experience in subscription or auto-renew business models.
  • Active, hands-on use of AI marketing tools.
  • Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead audience segment buildout, event taxonomy, and identity resolution.
  • Own end-to-end email marketing, including strategy, automation, and reporting.
  • Enforce data hygiene, CAN-SPAM compliance, and suppression management.
  • Maintain subscriber data governance and CDP data structure alignment.
  • Drive omni-channel strategy across direct mail and digital channels.
  • Deploy AI tools for send-time optimization and predictive segmentation.
  • Manage marketing performance dashboards and report revenue contribution.
  • Evaluate and recommend MarTech stack expansions.
  • Manage one or more team members.
