Requirements

  • 6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP, specifically Twilio Segment.
  • Direct experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Customer.io.
  • Ability to design and execute segmentation strategies using first-party behavioral and transactional data.
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, privacy regulations, and email deliverability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with data engineering, analytics, and product teams.
  • Direct mail program experience or exposure to omnichannel orchestration.
  • Experience in a subscription or auto-renew business model.
  • Active, hands-on use of AI tools in marketing workflows.
  • Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive verticals like healthcare, education, or finance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead audience segment buildout within licensed platform including identity resolution and integration architecture.
  • Own the email marketing program end-to-end from strategy and automation to A/B testing and reporting.
  • Enforce data hygiene, compliance, and suppression management standards.
  • Collaborate with data team to maintain subscriber data governance and CDP structures.
  • Drive omni-channel strategy by aligning direct mail logistics with digital campaigns.
  • Deploy AI tools for send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Manage marketing dashboards for engagement, renewal, and revenue metrics.
  • Evaluate and recommend MarTech tooling for channel expansion.
  • Provide managerial oversight for one or more team members.
