  • 3–6 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with SaaS integration workflows.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in discovery-led selling and value-based demo storytelling.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, data flows, and cloud applications.
  • Prior experience with sales engagement or conversation intelligence platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Uncover deep technical requirements and integration points.
  • Map customer requirements to platform capabilities with precision.
  • Deliver persona-based demos using a value-based storytelling framework.
  • Co-create and manage pilot success criteria and project timelines.
  • Present pilot results to customer executives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine positioning.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
