Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with SaaS integration workflows.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in discovery-led selling and value-based demo storytelling.
- Technical proficiency in APIs, data flows, and cloud applications.
- Prior experience with sales engagement or conversation intelligence platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Uncover deep technical requirements and integration points.
- Map customer requirements to platform capabilities with precision.
- Deliver persona-based demos using a value-based storytelling framework.
- Co-create and manage pilot success criteria and project timelines.
- Present pilot results to customer executives.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine positioning.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
