Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field/equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Pre-sales experience in IT.
- Strong understanding of high-performance infrastructure (servers, networking, storage).
- Expertise in Analytics & AI product solutions and competitive landscape.
- Experience with complex engineering designs and tactical problem-solving.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM (Salesforce.com), and opportunity management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical evangelist.
- Ability to travel 50% to 60% within the US.
- Experience covering SLED accounts preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create field-facing technical content such as walkthroughs, deep dives, and demos.
- Enable field and channel partners on Analytics & AI opportunities.
- Present at webinars and events with Alliance and Channel partners.
- Participate in customer calls, demos, POCs, and EBCs.
- Stay current on internal products (FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx) and develop enablement plans.
- Influence solutions roadmap through regular communication with Product Management.
- Perform field testing to document application and platform knowledge.
- Provide expert-level post-sales support and troubleshooting.
- Partner with SLED Sales Leaders for feedback and communication.
- Engage cross-functionally across GTM and corporate teams.
