Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in product management with success scaling technical products.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with AI/ML products, Generative AI, or data platform development.
- 3 to 5+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the modern data stack.
- Expertise in modern data architectures (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
- Knowledge of GenAI technologies: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, vector databases.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI).
- Familiarity with data migration strategies, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling.
- Proven track record managing stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmaps for client solutions leveraging GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch for AI/ML products.
- Develop compelling business cases including ROI projections for AI implementations.
- Oversee product strategy for large-scale data migration projects across cloud platforms.
- Guide data product development including ingestion pipelines and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain well-groomed backlogs.
- Partner with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and designers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives for executive leadership.
