  • Ability to independently assess CVs for backend, ML, and data roles.
  • Experience using technical sourcing channels like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Slack groups.
  • Track record of full-cycle recruiting for competitive technical roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing ability.
  • Full professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full hiring lifecycle for technical roles: software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Source proactively and creatively via technical communities, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and referral networks.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to define requirements and team dynamics.
  • Develop and implement role-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver a high-quality, personalized candidate experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to track and improve pipeline health and time-to-hire.
