- At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting within a high-tech or startup environment.
- Ability to independently assess CVs for backend, ML, and data roles.
- Experience using technical sourcing channels like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Slack groups.
- Track record of full-cycle recruiting for competitive technical roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Proven negotiation and closing ability.
- Full professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the full hiring lifecycle for technical roles: software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
- Source proactively and creatively via technical communities, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and referral networks.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and implement role-specific sourcing strategies.
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized candidate experience.
- Use data-driven insights to track and improve pipeline health and time-to-hire.
