Requirements
- Strong engineering background (Backend or Machine Learning)
- Solid understanding of system architecture and technical dependencies
- Hands-on mindset and ability to dive into technical details when needed
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership and adaptability
- Confidence working in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- 5+ years of experience, including hands-on development experience
- 5+ years of experience in delivery / team leadership / management roles
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across ML and backend teams
- Act as a bridge between ML and R&D, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration
- Manage priorities, dependencies, and cross-team communication
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks impacting time-to-market
- Ensure that features are delivered to production without loss of context or quality
- Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams
- Support teams in task decomposition and prioritization from a technical perspective
- Drive execution in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
