Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle the process of Evaluators acquisition for forecasted missions
  • Ensure proper scheduling and execution of fieldwork projects as per company standards
  • Verify that field surveys are submitted on time and meet quantity and quality standards
  • Conduct survey screening and validation
  • Set appropriate pay rates to ensure operation margin targets are reached
  • Contribute to the Evaluators Database optimization
  • Maintain relationships with Evaluators and manage payment coordination
