Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle the process of Evaluators acquisition for forecasted missions
- Ensure proper scheduling and execution of fieldwork projects as per company standards
- Verify that field surveys are submitted on time and meet quantity and quality standards
- Conduct survey screening and validation
- Set appropriate pay rates to ensure operation margin targets are reached
- Contribute to the Evaluators Database optimization
- Maintain relationships with Evaluators and manage payment coordination
