Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary guest contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Manage end-to-end reservation process, including bookings, alterations, and cancellations.
  • Handle guest communication across email, chat, text, and phone.
  • Process guest payments and manage sales leads via CRM.
  • Manage guest feedback and respond to reviews.
  • Assist property owners with inquiries.
  • Perform back-office operations including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property operations.
  • Onboard properties and update listings in PMS and OTAs.
