Responsibilities
- Serve as primary guest contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
- Manage end-to-end reservation process, including bookings, alterations, and cancellations.
- Handle guest communication across email, chat, text, and phone.
- Process guest payments and manage sales leads via CRM.
- Manage guest feedback and respond to reviews.
- Assist property owners with inquiries.
- Perform back-office operations including data entry and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property operations.
- Onboard properties and update listings in PMS and OTAs.
