Requirements
- Solid corporate L&D experience
- Strong learning program design skills
- Comfort with operational and administrative work
- Experience in a startup, consulting, or freelance environment
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize independently
- Familiarity with executive coaching (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for coach queries and feedback
- Lead coach onboardings
- Design and run a calendar of webinars, events, and communication touchpoints
- Maintain detailed, accurate coach records including capabilities and performance data
- Monitor coach engagement and performance metrics
- Partner with the Growth Team to advise and coordinate the development of client programs
- Coordinate the design and delivery of workshops, webinars, and training
