Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
  • Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
  • Proven track record of involvement in the entire sales process.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at an executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of electronic security technologies (cloud-based solutions, IoT).
  • Conversational English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in the UAE.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Analyze market data to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
