Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
- Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
- Proven track record of involvement in the entire sales process.
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at an executive level.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of electronic security technologies (cloud-based solutions, IoT).
- Conversational English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in the UAE.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Analyze market data to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
