  • At least 5 years in senior marketing leadership positions within high-growth technology organizations.
  • Expertise in demand generation, brand strategy, content marketing, product marketing, and GTM execution.
  • Proven experience building marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Ability to leverage AI technologies to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in performance measurement, attribution, and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy to support business growth, market expansion, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead brand development initiatives, positioning, messaging, and awareness-building programs.
  • Own demand generation and pipeline growth strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and scale product marketing capabilities and competitive differentiation.
  • Oversee website performance, SEO/AEO, and digital growth programs.
  • Lead content strategy across the customer lifecycle.
  • Strengthen industry presence through PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and executive leadership.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
