- At least 5 years in senior marketing leadership positions within high-growth technology organizations.
- Expertise in demand generation, brand strategy, content marketing, product marketing, and GTM execution.
- Proven experience building marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Ability to leverage AI technologies to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in performance measurement, attribution, and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy to support business growth, market expansion, and revenue objectives.
- Lead brand development initiatives, positioning, messaging, and awareness-building programs.
- Own demand generation and pipeline growth strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Build and scale product marketing capabilities and competitive differentiation.
- Oversee website performance, SEO/AEO, and digital growth programs.
- Lead content strategy across the customer lifecycle.
- Strengthen industry presence through PR, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and executive leadership.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
