Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, ideally in SaaS.
  • Completed studies in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
  • Strong presentation building skills in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Confident presentation delivery and willingness to present to customers.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Build the sales narrative by translating marketing assets into pitch flows and talk tracks.
  • Design and deliver training on sales psychology, discovery, and objection handling.
  • Manage and improve the enablement content library and Salesforce-linked playbooks.
  • Co-present weekly Sales Deep Dives to the global commercial team.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure seller readiness for product launches.
  • Track enablement metrics like ramp time, content usage, and win rates.
  • Join Account Executives on live customer calls and run product demos.
