Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, ideally in SaaS.
- Completed studies in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Strong presentation building skills in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Confident presentation delivery and willingness to present to customers.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities
- Build the sales narrative by translating marketing assets into pitch flows and talk tracks.
- Design and deliver training on sales psychology, discovery, and objection handling.
- Manage and improve the enablement content library and Salesforce-linked playbooks.
- Co-present weekly Sales Deep Dives to the global commercial team.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure seller readiness for product launches.
- Track enablement metrics like ramp time, content usage, and win rates.
- Join Account Executives on live customer calls and run product demos.
