Requirements
- Completed training in an automotive environment (e.g., Mechatronics technician, Automotive clerk, or Bodybuilder).
- Experience in service consulting or service assistance.
- Direct experience with workshop and customer contact.
- Practical knowledge in damage assessment and repair approval.
- Ability to clarify technical queries with workshops and customers.
- Structured working method and organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented and proactive communication style.
- Very good German language skills (C2).
- Good English language skills (B1).
- Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Salesforce (preferred).
- Experience in a startup environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support customers during their subscription period.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs, maintenance, and breakdown services.
- Manage active fleet cases to ensure quick vehicle availability.
- Collaborate with external damage management and billing providers.
- Maintain a clear overview of the fleet status.
- Proactively suggest process improvements for customer experience.
- Support the team in scaling fleet operations.
