Requirements
- 6–8 years of progressive, professional experience.
- 2+ years in SaaS sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of the sales motion, including discovery, demo, and deal strategy.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured, scalable solutions.
- Comfort working with GTM metrics and data-informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Mindtickle, and Guru.
- AI fluency: use AI tools to improve work speed and quality, analyze data, and build resources.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own enablement strategy across discovery, demo, and deal execution.
- Build manager-led coaching frameworks, tools, and rhythms.
- Develop scalable programs for deal strategy and stakeholder alignment.
- Leverage Gong, Salesforce, and AI workflows for performance visibility.
- Define leading indicators and drive accountability with leadership.
- Establish success metrics tied to pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps on GTM alignment.
