Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in enablement, technical sales, or a related GTM role.
- Experience translating product releases into field-ready enablement for a technical product.
- Strong baseline technical literacy to understand complex infrastructure products.
- Experience in sales or deep understanding of sales operations.
- Proven ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Active user of AI tools to create content or iterate on programs.
- Experience enabling multiple audiences such as Account Executives and Solution Architects.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively across various organizational departments.
Responsibilities
- Own field readiness for product releases.
- Build foundational product curriculum for customer-facing teams.
- Drive ongoing product knowledge through calls, certifications, and updates.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, PMM, and field SMEs.
- Gather field feedback and data to continuously improve enablement processes.
- Create role-specific learning journeys for AEs, Solution Architects, and Technical Services.
