Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience Post-Clinical Fellowship
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based setting
- Experience with pediatric assessments
- Previous leadership experience required
- ASHA Certified (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Full licensure in state of residence
- Individual NPI number
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of SLPs through one-on-one meetings focused on clinical coaching and mentorship.
- Ensure team competency in Expressable tools and internal policies.
- Manage and resolve clinical escalations.
- Host monthly team meetings to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Track and analyze KPIs for team members including efficiency, documentation, and quality of care.
- Identify and implement data-driven performance interventions.
- Conduct first-round interviews of SLP candidates.
- Conduct evaluations and treatment sessions as needed.
