Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- 1+ years of pharmacy liaison experience preferred.
- Nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
- Registered pharmacy technician with the state of employment.
- High proficiency in pharmacy operating systems and EMRs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, develop, and build credibility within a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of up to 10 exempt and non-exempt employees, providing performance evaluations, coaching, and workflow management.
- Monitor staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Review PA log activity reports weekly and communicate gaps to responsible parties.
- Evaluate pharmacy workflows and TelemetryRx completion to identify and implement improvements.
- Support new hire onboarding by coordinating access to systems like Epic, Willow, and hospital partner documentation platforms.
- Facilitate team meetings and provide support during new program rollout initiatives.
