Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of pharmacy liaison experience preferred.
  • Nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
  • Registered pharmacy technician with the state of employment.
  • High proficiency in pharmacy operating systems and EMRs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and build credibility within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of up to 10 exempt and non-exempt employees, providing performance evaluations, coaching, and workflow management.
  • Monitor staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Review PA log activity reports weekly and communicate gaps to responsible parties.
  • Evaluate pharmacy workflows and TelemetryRx completion to identify and implement improvements.
  • Support new hire onboarding by coordinating access to systems like Epic, Willow, and hospital partner documentation platforms.
  • Facilitate team meetings and provide support during new program rollout initiatives.
