Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in insurance, biotechnology, pharmaceutical services, reimbursement, or patient support services.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, third-party billing, prior authorizations, and appeals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working with databases or case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare reimbursement workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct benefit investigations and insurance verification for patients and healthcare providers.
- Manage prior authorizations and recertifications to secure timely approvals.
- Maintain accurate patient case files and ensure data integrity within internal databases.
- Coordinate product ordering and shipment by liaising with pharmacies and prescribers.
- Manage inbound inquiries from patients, insurers, and providers as a primary point of contact.
- Identify and report adverse events and product quality issues per regulatory standards.
- Educate stakeholders on program processes and requirements.
