  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, third-party billing, prior authorizations, and appeals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience working with databases or case management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare reimbursement workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct benefit investigations and insurance verification for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage prior authorizations and recertifications to secure timely approvals.
  • Maintain accurate patient case files and ensure data integrity within internal databases.
  • Coordinate product ordering and shipment by liaising with pharmacies and prescribers.
  • Manage inbound inquiries from patients, insurers, and providers as a primary point of contact.
  • Identify and report adverse events and product quality issues per regulatory standards.
  • Educate stakeholders on program processes and requirements.
