Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Food Service and managing Food Service Brokers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 50%.
  • Experience in training, leading and motivating food service broker networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customer sales and marketing plans for existing accounts and new business.
  • Provide detailed management information including expenditure vs sales forecast, business trends, and trade spend.
  • Manage regional brokers, distributors, and operator account networks.
  • Conduct training on product offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform score carding and performance reviews for broker networks.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams and present to executive-level leadership.
  • Develop and execute sales and trade spend plans for region-level distributors.
