Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Food Service and managing Food Service Brokers.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 50%.
- Experience in training, leading and motivating food service broker networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customer sales and marketing plans for existing accounts and new business.
- Provide detailed management information including expenditure vs sales forecast, business trends, and trade spend.
- Manage regional brokers, distributors, and operator account networks.
- Conduct training on product offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Perform score carding and performance reviews for broker networks.
- Interact with cross-functional teams and present to executive-level leadership.
- Develop and execute sales and trade spend plans for region-level distributors.
