Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to profitability and market share growth
- Excellent networking and oral & written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, planning, problem solving, and strategy implementation skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Highly motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Proficient in Salesforce (strongly preferred)
- Construction, manufacturing, design, or technical experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Central Regional Vice President to implement strategic plans
- Manage and oversee the region’s distribution and contractor relationships
- Utilize CRM to identify, develop, and maximize demand creation opportunities
- Develop, manage, and maintain working relationships with key distribution contacts
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with contractors to market products
- Support specification efforts with architecture and engineering firms
- Identify and track projects with potential for Stego products
- Conduct project site visits to support product installations
