Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years' experience in safety/pressure relief valves or pressure regulator products.
- 2+ years' experience in direct and/or representative channel sales, business development, or customer facing roles with technical industrial products.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and performance.
- Proven track record of working with a team to achieve sales growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel overnight 50% of time.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales channel network and provide product/application training.
- Develop and maintain regional sales forecasts.
- Monitor market activities and competitor actions within assigned territory.
- Generate and present ideas for new product development.
- Support the development of promotional strategies.
- Plan and conduct technical training, seminars, and participate in trade shows.
- Meet or exceed new product sales targets through regional strategies.
