- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions
- Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability
- Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions
- Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals
- Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition
- Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within Marketing and Fintech industries
