  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists
  • Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions
  • Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions
  • Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions
  • Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals
  • Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition
  • Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within Marketing and Fintech industries
