Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or enterprise client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic alliances that generate measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong experience in AI, data, analytics, or enterprise technology ecosystems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and negotiate strategic agreements.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Experience building partner programs, GTM frameworks, and co-sell motions in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on outcomes and execution.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including certifications, incentives, and alliance lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic alliances strategy, building and managing relationships with key technology and services partners.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic partners, including executive-level engagement, QBRs, and ongoing alignment discussions.
  • Drive partner-influenced revenue growth by identifying co-sell, attach, and joint opportunity pipelines aligned to business targets.
  • Design and operationalize partner business plans, including go-to-market alignment, joint initiatives, and structured collaboration models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partnership execution with broader company priorities.
  • Develop and scale partner programs, including enablement frameworks, certification paths, incentives, and performance tracking.
  • Lead joint marketing efforts, events, and campaigns that strengthen partner visibility and pipeline generation.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution, ensuring clear reporting and accountability across stakeholders.
