Requirements
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with resume databases and ATS
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices
- Knowledge and skill with behaviorally-based interview techniques
- Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or virtually
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and effectively partner with hiring managers to establish and meet business objectives
- Responsible for hiring and sourcing talent to fill open positions with quality candidates within established time frames
- Responsible for setting expectations with business partners by driving accountability to strategically plan for workforce needs
- Accountable for meeting key recruiting metrics
- Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates and align on business needs
- Evaluate internal and external recruiting practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve
- Build strong, collaborative, relationships with business leaders
- Responsible for accurate and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting
- Take ownership of candidate experience by effectively managing job postings, job descriptions, and SLAs
