Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or specialised frontline service
Demonstrated experience leading a recruitment function or team
Multi-unit or multi-location recruitment experience
Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse
Experience with or curiosity about AI tools like Claude
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment function for clinical teams across existing and new markets
Build and lead a proactive talent strategy aligned with clinic growth
Design and deliver an excellent candidate experience
