Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and tech-savvy collaboration.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an international, fast-paced, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate workforce reduction consultation meetings and administrative hearings.
  • Draft and administer termination documents with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations.
  • Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development within the lifecycle team.
