Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and tech-savvy collaboration.
- Ability to work autonomously in an international, fast-paced, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Lead and facilitate workforce reduction consultation meetings and administrative hearings.
- Draft and administer termination documents with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations.
- Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development within the lifecycle team.
