- Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) and data management.
- Experience with People Ops reporting and analytics.
- Proven ability to design and improve People Ops processes and documentation.
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-growing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll inputs and changes across entities.
- Manage benefits administration including 401(k), enrollments, and renewals.
- Maintain HRIS and accurate employee records.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and letters.
- Support multi-country compliance, global mobility, and relocations.
- Manage global contractor agreements and payment coordination.
- Build People Ops reporting and analytics for metrics like headcount and turnover.
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
