Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR shared services environments.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze HR data effectively.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations by processing employee lifecycle events such as hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and compensation updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and audit HRIS data integrity, ensuring employee records are accurate, secure, and aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and data insights to support operational, compliance, and leadership decision-making.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering timely and high-quality support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Total Rewards, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of employee changes and issue resolution.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and personnel file management in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance automation, and contribute to HR transformation initiatives and projects.
