Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or project management, ideally within SaaS, technology, or digital advertising environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational processes and system design.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading system implementation and process improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, or similar finance/CRM platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and exposure to BI/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and self-directed mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and areas for improvement across finance systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and BI teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional system and process solutions.
  • Lead or support implementation of key initiatives such as billing automation, subscription management tools, CRM/ERP integrations, and financial system enhancements.
  • Contribute to the rollout and continuous improvement of billing and finance-related systems in close partnership with senior finance leadership.
  • Document end-to-end business processes, workflows, dependencies, and controls to ensure clarity and scalability.
  • Partner with BI teams to develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPIs for financial and operational reporting.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support data quality and reconciliation efforts, including month-end close activities and data clean-up processes.
  • Conduct business case analysis to evaluate new tools, systems, and process improvement opportunities.
