Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Degree in Business, IT or relevant field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering, and technical solutions
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
- Proficiency in process documentation and workflow
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and analytical solutions
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications
- Gather and document complex client business requirements and processes
- Create complex test case scenarios and monitor testing of business applications
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories
- Plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts
- Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project
