- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 7+ years (recent) in tech recruitment.
- Proven experience sourcing Latin American talent for U.S. companies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing automation tools.
- Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) β a must-have.
- Ability to work independently while also mentoring a small team.
- Highly structured and process-driven, yet flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
- Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for software engineers, developers, and other tech roles.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools to identify top candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and cultural fit interviews as needed.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Improve our time-to-hire and precision-to-hire (ensuring we present the right candidates faster).
- Develop structured interview and assessment frameworks to enhance candidate selection accuracy.
- Optimize and document recruitment processes, making them scalable and repeatable.
- Expand and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand roles.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in Latin Americaβs tech talent space.
- Occasionally interact with U.S. clients to understand their hiring needs better.
- Align recruitment strategies with business goals and hiring forecasts.
- Train and mentor junior recruiters as needed.
