Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Operations, or Commercial Intelligence roles.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, especially in reporting and commercial data analysis.
- Experience using analytics and data tools such as Metabase and Databricks.
- Strong ability to navigate multiple data sources and translate complex information into clear, actionable business insights.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to support decision-making in fast-moving commercial environments.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and performance reports for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel teams, ensuring clarity and reliability of commercial metrics.
- Monitor daily funnel indicators such as conversion rates, productivity, pipeline volume, sales cycles, and performance by source and segment.
- Perform recurring weekly and monthly analyses to identify trends, deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support commercial leadership with data interpretation, performance diagnostics, and action-oriented recommendations.
- Investigate pipeline issues such as conversion drops, stage friction, and operational misalignment across revenue stages.
- Contribute to commercial intelligence initiatives by exploring historical data, behavioral patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across CRM systems and analytical databases.
- Collaborate with broader RevOps teams (Insights, Process, and Tech Stack) on strategic initiatives and improvements.
