Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR onboarding, credentialing, or compliance
- Prior experience in healthcare or home health environments strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and documentation standards
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems and background check platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows at once without errors
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all onboarding activities for clinical and administrative hires
- Guide new hires through onboarding portals and ensure timely submission of required documents
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding packets
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and account setup
- Collect and verify clinical licenses and certifications
- Track and monitor credential expirations using HRIS or compliance systems
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and accreditation standards
- Maintain personnel files with accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
- Generate reports on onboarding status and credential compliance
