Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven success in inbound and outbound sales.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to cold call, generate leads, build rapport, and close deals.
- Ability to manage 70+ calls per day.
- Track record of hitting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-centric attitude.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing schedules.
- Reliable internet, computer, and professional-grade headset.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to schedule new customers and resolve scheduling needs (70 calls per day).
- Respond to and manage inbound customer leads via calls and texts.
- Document lead details and call outcomes in CRM.
- Build rapport and communicate Barkbus' value to customers.
- Close bookings and ensure confirmed appointments.
- Coordinate schedules with professional groomers and operations.
- Maintain performance targets of 7 bookings and $1,500 daily revenue.
- Maintain high responsiveness during assigned shifts.
