- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Re-establish and expand the growth potential for dormant and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements to match them to the appropriate product
- Work closely with management, internal team members, external sales, and service teams
- Provide quotes for customers and review sales orders for accuracy
- Enter all new registrations and opportunities into CRM
- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts and data reports
- Participate in trade shows to expand territory networking
