Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing.
  • Proven experience building structured experiments and managing conversion paths.
  • Strong messaging instincts and experience writing copy for landing pages and emails.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo.
  • Ability to utilize AI tools for research, personalization, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and interpreting funnel data.
  • Demonstrated success in event performance and account-based marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build Mento’s growth experimentation engine and operating system.
  • Test and validate new growth channels including SEO/AEO, paid media, email, ABM, webinars, and events.
  • Increase pipeline impact through conversion optimization and sales collaboration.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and narratives into campaigns.
  • Manage growth operations including campaign tracking, CRM workflows, and performance dashboards.
  • Improve funnel conversion points from lead to SQL and opportunity.
