Requirements
- 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing.
- Proven experience building structured experiments and managing conversion paths.
- Strong messaging instincts and experience writing copy for landing pages and emails.
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo.
- Ability to utilize AI tools for research, personalization, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and interpreting funnel data.
- Demonstrated success in event performance and account-based marketing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Build Mento’s growth experimentation engine and operating system.
- Test and validate new growth channels including SEO/AEO, paid media, email, ABM, webinars, and events.
- Increase pipeline impact through conversion optimization and sales collaboration.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and narratives into campaigns.
- Manage growth operations including campaign tracking, CRM workflows, and performance dashboards.
- Improve funnel conversion points from lead to SQL and opportunity.
