Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 1+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, or equivalent internship/coursework exposure
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, Index-Match, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, basic Macro/VBA)
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas) for data automation
- Basic experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or S&P Capital IQ
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to work EST hours
Responsibilities
- Produce weekly schedules for the Global Equity Research team
- Develop and refine data-driven reporting frameworks for predictive models
- Conduct gap analyses to identify growth opportunities
- Audit, evaluate, and remediate vendor data and entity matters
- Serve as subject matter expert on coverage lifecycle events
- Analyze workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency
- Synthesize KPIs and engagement metrics into performance reports
- Manage user access and permissions across proprietary tools
