- 3-5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Existing partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively recruit and onboard new qualifying partners.
- Drive adoption of company programs and initiatives among assigned partners.
- Ensure partner compliance with all partner agreements and program requirements.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings in alignment with company standards.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal company resources to meet partner performance objectives.
- Lead joint partner planning processes.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and profitable revenue targets.
- Manage sales pipeline, funnel, and forecasts.
