Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated sales focused partner revenue growth in a two-tier selling model
- Experience with technology products with a record of over-achievement
- Knowledge of data storage and data management segments
- Experience targeting mid-market and mid-enterprise
- Ability to drive one-to-many sales processes
- High energy and results-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Drive sales execution and revenue growth across the region’s partner ecosystem
- Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with partners and support joint sales activities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
- Expand existing partner relationships by driving line-of-business growth
- Conduct regular sales and account reviews and develop quarterly business plans
- Lead and support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Collaborate with distribution and internal sales teams
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
- Own and achieve partner revenue targets
