  • Experience with technology products with a record of over-achievement
  • Knowledge of data storage and data management segments
  • Experience targeting mid-market and mid-enterprise
  • Ability to drive one-to-many sales processes
  • High energy and results-driven mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales execution and revenue growth across the region’s partner ecosystem
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with partners and support joint sales activities
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
  • Expand existing partner relationships by driving line-of-business growth
  • Conduct regular sales and account reviews and develop quarterly business plans
  • Lead and support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with distribution and internal sales teams
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Own and achieve partner revenue targets
