Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience of Sales or business development in bank branch transformation, card issuance and related innovative banking Solutions in American markets.
  • Experienced in strategic cooperation with local partners and strong management in channel & business expansion.
  • A good team player, self-motivated, able to monitor and report overall status.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to articulate the advantages of realizing total solutions toward customer businesses and technical management is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and writing English.
  • Business travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop partners in the US territory to optimize sales channels.
  • Develop, realize, and maintain incremental revenue by selling and advocating GRG innovative products to, through, and with partners in US territory.
  • Plan and execute strategies in realizing sales target and achieving winwin situations with businesses, and strategic partners such as System Integrators (SI) & Value-Added Resellers (VAR) in US.
  • Assist HQ Regional Director to effectively facilitate the identification, management and closure of various sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and track projects in the territory to make sure all are well controlled.
  • Visit the end customers, establish deep customer relationships successfully and efficiently promote company solutions in the US market.
