Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Australian residential building and construction sales.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of converting residential construction clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of NSW residential building process.
  • Strong understanding of DA/CDC pathways and pre-construction timelines.
  • Confident negotiator and closer.
  • Excellent virtual sales and presentation skills.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new residential construction opportunities through referrals, networking, database outreach, and inbound enquiries.
  • Qualify prospects based on project type, budget, land ownership, design readiness, and build timeframes.
  • Conduct virtual consultations and present company value proposition.
  • Collaborate with estimators to develop pricing proposals and refine project scope.
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting.
  • Provide weekly reporting on revenue targets and deal progression.
  • Ensure smooth handover to pre-construction and project delivery teams.
