Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Australian residential building and construction sales.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle.
- Proven track record of converting residential construction clients.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of NSW residential building process.
- Strong understanding of DA/CDC pathways and pre-construction timelines.
- Confident negotiator and closer.
- Excellent virtual sales and presentation skills.
- Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential construction opportunities through referrals, networking, database outreach, and inbound enquiries.
- Qualify prospects based on project type, budget, land ownership, design readiness, and build timeframes.
- Conduct virtual consultations and present company value proposition.
- Collaborate with estimators to develop pricing proposals and refine project scope.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting.
- Provide weekly reporting on revenue targets and deal progression.
- Ensure smooth handover to pre-construction and project delivery teams.
