Requirements
- Experience leading Talent Management, Performance Management, or People Partnering in high-growth companies.
- Direct experience working with senior executives, founders, or leadership teams.
- Demonstrable track record in performance, promotion, succession, and talent development decisions.
- Strong analytical capability and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent ability to influence, challenge, and align senior stakeholders.
- Skill in handling complex conversations regarding performance and talent.
- Experience designing and executing calibration processes and people reviews.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and calibrate performance of core teams and strategic positions.
- Identify performance gaps and ensure concrete action plans.
- Facilitate talent calibration and review sessions.
- Identify high potentials and build talent benches for critical roles.
- Monitor retention risks and succession planning.
- Evaluate organizational structure and propose changes aligned with growth.
- Participate in defining and evaluating candidates for key roles.
- Partner directly with the CEO and Leadership Team on talent strategy.
